- If your product is defective/damaged or incorrect/incomplete at the time of delivery, please contact us within the applicable return window. Your product may be eligible for a refund or replacement depending on the product category and condition.
- Please note that some products are not eligible for a return if the product is”No longer needed”
- For device related issues after usage or the expiration of the return window, we will refer you to the brand warranty center (if applicable).
Valid reasons to return an item
- Delivered Product is damaged (physically destroyed or broken) / defective (dead on arrival)
- Delivered Product is incorrect (presentation different on the website) / incomplete (missing parts)
- Delivered Product is “No longer needed” (you no longer have a use for the product / you have changed your mind about the purchase / the size of a fashion product does not fit / you do not like the product after opening the package) – eligible for selected products only
Conditions for Returns
- The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed and without any flaws. Fashion products can be tried on to see if they fit and will still be considered unworn
- The product must include the original tags, user manual, warranty cards, freebies, and accessories
- The product must be returned in the original and undamaged manufacturer packaging/box. If the product was delivered in the second layer of Woolen packaging, it must be returned in the same condition with a return shipping label attached. Do not put tape or stickers on the manufacturer’s box
NOTE: It is important to print out and paste the return label on your return parcel to avoid any inconvenience/delay in process of your return.
Issuance of Refunds
If your product is eligible for a refund, you can choose your preferred refund method based on the table below. The shipping fee is refunded along with the amount paid for your returned product.
The time required to complete a refund depends on the refund method you have selected. The expected processing time mentioned below is after we have received your product (2-3 working days) and it has undergone quality control.

|Woolen Wallet||The Woolen Wallet needs to be activated in order to access the refund amount. Refunds can also be withdrawn to a bank account from within the Woolen Wallet. All orders paid through Cash on Delivery (COD) or Easypaisa Shop (OTC) will only be refunded to the Woolen Wallet.|
|Refund Voucher||Vouchers will be sent to the customer registered email ID on Woolen and can be redeemed against the same email ID.|
|Debit Card or Credit Card||If the refunded amount is not reflecting in your card statement after the refund is completed and you have received a notification by Woolen Ways, please contact your personal bank.|
|Easypaisa Wallet||If the refunded amount is not reflecting in your Easypaisa Wallet statement after the refund is completed: i) Please dial 3737 from your Easypaisa number or 0943-414583 from any other number to contact the Easypaisa help center.|
|Bank Deposit||The bank account details provided must be correct and the account must be active and should hold some balance. Do not provide account details of Basic Bank Account (BBA), National Bank and Khyber bank as refunds cannot be processed for these options.|
Important Note: The Voucher discount code can only be applied once. The leftover amount will not be refunded or used for next purchase even if the valve is of order is smaller than voucher value.
